A Capo unleashes greater flexibility on stringed instruments, allowing the player to use a few simple chords to play in any key. In a similar way, Capo Ministry Solutions is ready to come along side and help churches get the very best out of creative arts ministry, making complex systems simple and streamlined.

Our gear represents Capo’s desire to see church creative arts working great, meshing smoothly internally, externally, organizationally, and strategically to advance the Kingdom of God through the local church.

Why I want to help you…

After serving God in worship/creative arts ministry one church at a time for 2 decades, I felt God nudging me to widen my influence to serve as many churches and ministry professionals as possible, I resisted for a while, wondering what I could possibly contribute that would be truly helpful to many churches. But I came to realize that while there were plenty of professionals helping churches with music, click tracks, social media, video, websites, public speaking and marketing, very few were engaging the fundamentals of service planning, organizing healthy creative teams, and the like. So many worship directors and other creatives in the church are great at the artistic side of ministry but struggle with details, organizing and strategic thinking. I had my answer! These are areas of strength for me.

The services, resources and posts you will find on this website are designed to help creatives thrive in planning, strategy, organizing, and growing healthy teams. If these are challenging areas for you or your church, I hope you find help and inspiration.
